Our Microgreens

All of our microgreens are grown in a controlled environment year-round. We do not use chemicals or additives and use filtered water and natural soil to grow our greens. We currently focus on growing these 12 varieties:


Mild, versatile flavor; Contains powerful sulforaphane and glucosinolate compounds that ward off disease and cancer

Sunflower Shoots

Crunchy with a nutty flavor; Great source of complete protein and high Vitamin E content helps to reduce blood pressure


Spicy flavor akin to horseradish; Contains essential minerals and vitamins A and K which improve bone and skin health

Red Cabbage

Mild, earthy flavor; contains high levels of vitamin C and E to strengthen the immune system and decrease inflammation

Pea Shoots

Sweet pea flavor; excellent source of carotenoids such as vitamin A and lutein which protect cells from damage


Very spicy flavor; packed with folates and vitamin B6 which promote cardiovascular health by breaking down homocysteine


Mild, versatile flavor; Great source of potassium, calcium, and magnesium which improve cellular health and fight disease


Robust sweet basil flavor; rich in polyphenols such as eugenol which have powerful anti-bacterial properties


Intense peppery flavor; High concentration of detoxifying phytochemicals and indoles which help fight off cancer


Earthy, mild flavor; Packed with anthocyanins which boost immune health and fight off disease and viral infection


Strong, fragrant herb with powerful detoxifying ability; binds to toxic heavy metals to accelerate their removal


Earthy, mild flavor; Contains high levels of essential minerals and amino acids such as lysine to help the body form collagen

Where to Purchase Our Greens

You can find us at the Broome County Regional Farmer’s Market every Saturday from 9 to 1. We also do deliveries to the residents and restaurants of the Greater Binghamton area on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Click here to access our online order form for more information.
